We collect only what you give us and what our hosting stack records automatically:

• Contact and business details you submit: name, company or property name, email address, phone number, service address, city, and ZIP code.
• Request details: the service you are interested in, property details such as unit count, occupancy, frequency, scope selections, preferred start date, preferred walkthrough date and time window, preferred contact method, and any notes you type into a form.
• Consent records: whether you accepted the Terms & Conditions and acknowledged this Privacy Policy, whether you opted in to text messages, and the date and time of that choice along with the policy version in effect.
• Technical data: standard server and hosting logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which our hosting provider records for security and reliability.

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not submit them in a free-text field.

• To respond to your quote, walkthrough, or general inquiry.
• To prepare estimates and scope work at your property.
• To send transactional messages tied to a request you submitted — a confirmation, scheduling coordination, or follow-up questions — by email, phone, or text using the contact information and preferences you gave us.
• To keep records of service requests and consent.
• To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
• To send occasional marketing or promotional messages, only where you have opted in and only until you opt out.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

This site uses cookies and similar browser storage only where needed for the site to function and to keep it secure. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings; blocking them may affect how parts of the site work.

We use a small number of vendors to run this website and handle submissions. They may process your information on our behalf and only for the purposes described here:

• Website hosting and content delivery.
• Our managed backend and database, where form submissions are stored.
• Email delivery, used to send your confirmation and to alert our team.
• Text message delivery, where enabled, used to send transactional updates and, if you opted in, promotional messages.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights and safety of Trashy Flamingo, our clients, or the public. If our business is transferred, information may transfer with it.

We keep submissions and related communications for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide services, and maintain business, tax, and legal records — and then delete or archive them. Consent records are retained for as long as we may need to demonstrate the consent you gave. You can ask us to delete your information earlier, as described below.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections to this site, access-controlled storage of submissions, and keeping API credentials on the server rather than in your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, to the extent it applies to us. Where it does, you may request to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal data and access that data.
• Correct inaccuracies in the personal data you provided.
• Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you.
• Obtain a portable copy of the data you provided, where technically feasible.
• Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling — none of which we currently do.

We will verify your request using the contact information we already have on file and respond within the time frame the law requires. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response with “Appeal” and the reason; we will inform you in writing of the outcome. Texas residents may also contact the Texas Attorney General to file a complaint.

Messages that are necessary to fulfill a request you submitted — a quote confirmation, walkthrough scheduling, or a reply from our team — are transactional and are sent because you asked us to contact you. Marketing messages are separate and require a specific opt-in. You can opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link or by replying to us, and you can stop text messages by replying STOP to any text. Reply HELP to any text for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services or tools change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
