Submitting a form starts a conversation. It does not create a service agreement, does not reserve a crew, and does not obligate Trashy Flamingo to provide services. A walkthrough request records your preferred date and time window only; it is not a confirmed appointment until our team confirms it directly with you. Services begin only under a separate written agreement or accepted proposal signed or approved by both parties.

Any pricing, estimate, or timeline we share based on form answers is preliminary and subject to an on-site assessment, actual scope, site conditions, access, and volume. Final pricing is set in a written proposal or service agreement. Service availability varies by area, season, and capacity, and we may decline or discontinue a request. Descriptions of services on this site are general and may change without notice.

When you submit a request, you agree that we may contact you about that request by phone, email, or text using the information you provided. These are transactional communications tied to the request you submitted. Marketing or promotional text messages require a separate opt-in, which is never a condition of getting a quote, walkthrough, or service. If you opt in to texts, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, and HELP for help. The Trashy Flamingo name, logo, flamingo mascot, wordmark, site design, text, graphics, and other content on this site are owned by Trashy Flamingo or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission, other than incidental copying by your browser in the ordinary course of viewing the site.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, spam, or automated form submissions.
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the site, its servers, or its data.
• Scrape, mine, or harvest content or data from the site.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or interfere with other users’ use.
• Use the site for any unlawful, infringing, or harassing purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Trashy Flamingo and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of this site or any form submission — even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Services actually performed are governed by the separate written agreement covering them, not by these terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trashy Flamingo and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising out of your misuse of this site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these terms as our site and services change. Updates take effect when posted, and the effective date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
